Grand Canyon Rim To Rim Shuttles

Bright Angel Lodge Pick-up Location

Rim to Rim shuttles meet at the van lane at the Bright Angel Lodge at the South Rim Grand Canyon. We will also usually make a PA announcement inside the lobby of the Bright Angel Lodge.

North Rim Hikers Trailhead Shuttle

The North Kaibab Trail trailhead at the North Rim is located approximately 2 Miles North of the North Rim Grand Canyon Lodge and approximately 15 miles south of the North Rim Grand Canyon Kaibab Lodge. The North Rim Grand Canyon Kaibab Lodge operates the only shuttle that takes hikers directly to/from the North Kaibab Trail trailhead to/from both the Grand Canyon Lodge as well as The North Rim Grand Canyon Kaibab Lodge.

After Hours Trailhead Shuttles

Our summers are incredibly busy and our staff is constantly working from around 3:00 AM as we start our day and prepare breakfast and shuttles for our guests and our first 4:00AM shuttle departure for the day. Our days often don’t end until dinner is served, cleaned up, and our guests are in bed. For our staff this can mean 11:00PM or later. The majority of our guests make the 6:30PM shuttle, but with an arduous and long hike not everyone is able to make that shuttle. We offer a later 8:00 PM shuttle that runs on an as needed basis. If this shuttle is booked, we will run the shuttle. As you exit the North Kaibab Trail can call us, we will run the 8:00PM shuttle. However, we charge a $50.00 per group surcharge for this shuttle. 

Should you not be able to make the 8:00PM shuttle for some reason, you will not be stranded! We leave no guest behind! We will need you to call us as you exit the North Kaibab Trailhead but for any shuttles after 8:00PM, we charge a $100.00 per group fee in addition to the $25.00 trailhead shuttle fee. We apologize for these surcharges. They are not an attempt at price gouging but simply an effort to help our staff at time when rest is at a premium. 

Morning Shuttles** If you need a different morning depart time than shown on this schedule, please book the 5:00 AM shuttle and then make specific arrangements at the Kaibab Lodge on your arrival.
