Breakfast Buffet

This all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet includes eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. We also have breakfast burritos available for early morning hikers to take with them on the shuttle to the trailhead.

Lunch

This year we are opening our dining room from 11 AM to 2 PM to serve lunch. On our menu, you will find burgers, fish n’ chips, a tasty club sandwich, and a salad option. We will continue to offer Grab-and-Go style lunches and side items for on-the-go adventurers.

Dinner Buffet

This all-you-can-eat dinner buffet includes pulled pork, smoked chicken wings, fresh Alaskan Cod, homemade mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, fettuccini, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, and meatballs. As part of the buffet, our full salad bar is served with dinner. Strawberry cheesecake is also available as part of the meal at an additional price.

Copper Cup Bar & Lounge

Visit us in the main lobby to enjoy a glass of wine or an ice cold beer. Our lounge offers a wide variety of wines and beers on tap. Or try our very own specialty drink in a copper cup: the Cowboy Mule. The comfortable lounge seating makes it easy to enjoy sitting by the fire, putting together puzzles, playing games, or watching the big screen television.

The bar and lounge is open until 9PM.
